Ponce Bank is the largest FDIC Certified Latinx-Owned Minority Depository Institution (MDI) east of the Mississippi. We are a CDFI founded in the Bronx in 1960 when other banks abandoned our neighborhoods and over the past 60 years have expanded into immigrant communities throughout greater NYC continuing our founders’ mission of providing banking to the underserved.
